Hotel Božica offers two rate plans, and the cancellation terms that apply to your reservation depend on the rate you choose. The applicable terms are also shown during the booking process on our booking partner PHOBS, and form part of your reservation.
100% of the reservation amount is required to be prepaid after the reservation is made.
In the event of cancellation or modification of the reservation, the prepaid amount will not be refunded. However, this amount can be used as a credit for your next stay within the next 365 days from the day of modification.
You are entitled to change your stay only once in the same or greater amount than previous reservation and by non-refundable conditions. If you fail to show up for your reservation, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, nor will there be a possibility to use it for a future stay. If you modify your stay duration during your visit, the same price will apply for shortened stays.
The reservation will be held until 24:00 hours on the day of arrival.
Free cancellation is possible until 5 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation or modification of the reservation within 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation value will be charged. However, this amount can be used as a credit for your next stay within the next 365 days from the day of modification.
