These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hotel Božica website and the booking of stays, dining and excursions. By using this site you agree to these terms.
Room bookings made through this website are processed by our booking partner PHOBS. The applicable rate, deposit and cancellation conditions are shown during the booking process and form part of your reservation contract. Restaurant and excursion reservations can be arranged by phone, WhatsApp, email or our contact form.
Room rates and cancellation terms vary by season and rate plan and are displayed at the time of booking. Full cancellation terms for each rate plan are set out on our Cancellation Policy page. Direct bookings made on this website carry our Best Price Guarantee.
The restaurant operates seasonally (1 May – 25 October). We recommend reserving lunch and dinner in advance, as availability is limited in peak season.
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, and content may change without notice. We are not liable for third-party services (such as transfers or excursions) beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
